What You Need to Know Before You Join
Whether you're considering membership for the first time or returning to the Eufaula Country Club, we want to make your decision as smooth and informed as possible. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about joining, membership policies, and monthly dues.
Joining the ECC is simple. Contact the the Club by calling or emailing us. We will provide you with all the details regarding membership. You can complete an application and return it to the club office. All fees will be provided prior to joining and completion of your application. This will include an initiation fee (one time charge for joining) and the first month's dues of your selected category. Fees are paid monthly by check, draft or credit card. No additional fees will be imposed unless voted on by the entire membership.
The membership dues are charged monthly and provide usage of the clubhouse and facilities. Dining and bar charges are billed on your account each month with your dining charges going towards meeting your Food Minimum. Depending on your membership category, there may be charges for golf rounds and cart fees should you choose to play. Special events vary as to the cost. Typically, events involving food and beverages will have a charge. Lastly, the ECC collects a capital improvement fee quarterly. The fee is used to oversee the costs associated with the improvements and maintenance of major club projects.
The Eufaula Country Club charges a one time initiation fee of $250 due at the time of application.
The Club requires members to spend a minimum each month on food or be charged for the balance. Food minimums vary to the membership category between $50 and $25 per month. Food minimum does not include alcoholic beverages.
The Club requires its members to pay a capital improvement fee each quarter of $25 or $50. The fee is deposited into a special account separate from the operating account. This fund assist with capital expenses and maintenance throughout the year.
We never want to lose a member, but situations do arise. In this case, we only ask that a member give us 30 days written notice. The Club will bill you for your final dues and charges. You will be released from any future obligations.

Single Plus: adult with children under 26 living with member and no spouse Includes golf rounds with applied cart fees, tennis, pickleball, pool, dining and all member events. FAMILY DUES: $130/MONTH MONTHLY FOOD MINIMUM: $50 OTR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT: $25
Junior I: applicable for ages 19-29. Membership status is based on oldest family member. Includes golf rounds with applied cart fees, tennis, pickleball, pool, dining and all member events. FAMILY/SINGLE DUES: $50/MONTH QTR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT: $25 MONTHLY FOOD MINIMUM: $50 FAMILY/$25 SINGLE
